What is Fashion Collectionz’s Return & Exchange Policy?


Fashion Collectionz offers a very flexible Return & Exchange policy. If any customer is not satisfied with the order, you can easily return/exchange the product using our website itself. However, there are a few basic rules to be eligible:  
Product has to be in original & unused state
Request has to be raised within 5 days of delivery
We accept the request if there is a mismatch in quality, size, colour or design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order.

We accept refund requests within a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 5 days after delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

💳 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Once a refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days.
  • After processing, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via updated bank account details in MyAccount/Bank details (https://fashioncollectionz.com/bank-account/), which may take 7–10 business days after confirmation of bank details.
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email or message once the refund is initiated.

Perfume Policy – Shionz Perfume

Fashion Collectionz

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of perfumes, Shionz Perfume is non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to fragrance preference, personal dissatisfaction, or sensitivity.

All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packed prior to dispatch.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items must be reported to Fashion Collectionz within 24 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic evidence or an unboxing video. Upon verification, Fashion Collectionz may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement.

Shipping

Orders are shipped directly from Fashion Collectionz or its authorized fulfillment partners. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier operations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellation

Order cancellations are permitted only prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

By placing an order for Shionz Perfume, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
